Our rates are "all inclusive": If you compare different offers, please note: All additional costs, electric, water, cable TV, are included in our vacation rentals! Since there are no hidden charges, you just pay the balance at check-in, and that's it! Payment: The total amount is due for payment at check-in. Except the charge for final room cleaning, all additional expenses are included in our rates. Your booking: Quick, easy and secure! If you are interested, please ask for our offer without any obligations. You will receive our reply with our offer usually on the same day via email. To ensure a formally binding reservation, an advance payment at the amount of 5.000,- THB to 10.000,- THB is required. The balance ist due at check-in. We only accept secure Credit Card payment via Paypal. However, should you stay in Thailand already, you can easily pay via bank transfer to our account at Bangkok Bank. Detailed information about the easy booking process will be included in our reply. No security deposit for holiday rentals! Once you have paid the balance of your rent at check-in, you don't have to care about any additional expenses at the end of your stay. We don't require any deposit for vacation rentals. Other Currencies: Should you prefere to pay in other currencies (USD, AUD, CND, GBP), the actual exchange rate of Bangkok Bank will be relevant for your reservation deposit.
If you want to stay two months or more during the low season period, our special long term rates might be the best value for money. Month by month rentals are possible, but the minimumis 2 months! We charge no additional costs except water and electric (We do not profit from surplus charges on the electric bill! You pay about 3.5 THB/unit, which is exactly the same rate as the electric bill received from the company) ADSL-internet access (512/1024 kbps) is already included in the rent! Payment: The monthly rent is due for payment every month in advance. The deposit will be handed back to you in cash upon your check-out.
